Cheops, Kontich, 13/03/2025 – This week in Brussels, Cheops was officially recognized as one of Belgium's Best Workplaces™. This prestigious award from the Great Place To Work® Institute Belgium honors companies that excel in creating a workplace environment where employees come to work with pleasure, pride, and trust.
After being certified as a 'Great Place To Work' for three consecutive years, the company can now officially call itself a 'Best Workplace'. With this achievement, Cheops impressively positions itself within the top 10 best workplaces in Belgium in the category of large companies with 250 to 499 employees. This prestigious recognition confirms the efforts of all Cheops colleagues in creating an inspiring and positive work environment.
Recognition based on employee survey and Culture Audit
The title 'Best Workplace' results from an extensive employee survey and a thorough Culture Audit conducted by the Great Place To Work Institute Belgium in close collaboration with Vlerick Business School. This evaluation not only extensively examined employees' opinions and satisfaction but also thoroughly analyzed the company's culture. Key themes such as trust, camaraderie, pride, and well-being were central to this assessment. Cheops achieved excellent scores across all these aspects, clearly distinguishing itself from other employers.
The internationally recognized Great Place To Work certification is awarded to companies where employees are proud of their work and trust one another. Having been certified as a 'Great Place To Work' for three consecutive years, now also being recognized as a 'Best Workplace' is a fantastic milestone and wonderful recognition of—and for—all Cheops employees who consistently create the best workplace environment, day in and day out. This achievement confirms that we are on the right track and motivates us to continue investing in our people.
