What do you do as a Functional Analyst?

As an experienced Functional Analyst, you lead projects in the right direction. You build constructive partnerships and discover new opportunities.

Your challenges

• Within the team, you maintain close contact with the stakeholders to correctly evaluate the needs of the end users and convert them into a qualitative, structural and schematic functional analysis.
• You write and work out user stories, paying attention to the Definition of Done and the acceptance criteria.
• You describe functionalities in a structured and detailed way, including diagrams such as UML diagrams, in order to clearly communicate them to other stakeholders.
• You work closely with Software Engineers and other team members to ensure optimal collaboration and development.
• You are a point of contact for support questions from colleagues and users within the context of functional analysis.

Your talent

• You have a good initial experience with XML/XSD.
• You have a strong knowledge of UML diagrams and Database SQL Server.
• You understand technical architecture and are able to incorporate technical components into your analyses.
• You have knowledge of testing principles within software projects, specifically within the context of functional analyses.
• You feel at home in an agile work environment and contribute to team dynamics
